2. Products, Availability & Pricing
All prices are in Thai Baht (฿) and include VAT (7%) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without notice. Product images are for illustration only and may differ slightly from actual items.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit & debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express
- PromptPay
- Internet banking (major Thai banks)
- 0% instalment plans up to 10 months via KBank, SCB, KTC, and participating banks
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified, if an item is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. You will be notified and any payment taken will be fully refunded.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship throughout Thailand. Estimated delivery times from order confirmation:
- Bangkok Metropolitan Area: 1–2 business days
- Upcountry Thailand: 2–4 business days
- Same-day delivery available in Bangkok for orders placed before 12:00 noon on business days (additional fee applies)
Orders of ฿5,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
Eligible returns
- Item is unused and in its original, unopened condition
- Original packaging and any included items are returned
- Original receipt or order confirmation is provided
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used products, or items with a broken hygiene seal
- Items showing physical damage caused after delivery
To initiate a return, request it from My Account → Returns or contact customerservice@inguskin.com within the window. We will send a pre-paid return label for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item, via the original payment method.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will replace or fully refund the item at no cost to you.
7. Product Use
Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Please read the ingredient list and directions on the product page and packaging before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled under section 6.
8. Intellectual Property

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 and Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544. Disputes shall first be resolved by mutual agreement; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangkok.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
